Silicon Travel's Help Desk with 1-800 phone support gets your guests directly to a knowledgeable service technician. All of our USA based support technicians have been trained through many years of on-site service, so they have the experience to quickly resolve any problems that you or your guests may encounter. Service is important since guests don't want be be interrupted on their vacations. Silicon Travel works with the local Property Manager and guest to deliver the exceptional customer service that your guests demand.

When your service is installed, Silicon Travel sets your home up with table tent instructions to access the wireless and/or PC service. If you or your guest experiences connection issues due to their own equipment configuration, locally installed equipment, or broadband service outtage, we can quickly diaganose and rectify the problem. If an on-site visit is required for resolution, we dispatch our locally employed Silicon Travel service technicians the same day or within 24 hours.
