A $250 Annual Subscription Charge will be included on all complete PC System orders. PC System monthly service charges will be assessed for the months of the average rental season of your home's market only. Please see market details. All payments and applicable taxes will be drawn from Owner's account by Management Company unless your home is managed by Sun Realty, Resort Realty, Joe Lamb Jr. Realty, or by Special Request. Sun Realty, Resort Realty, and Joe Lamb Jr. Realty managed homes will be billed direct to property owner.**Please note additional charges may apply for cable/DSL and/or wireless range extender installation. Properties that require replacement of RG59 Cable with RG6 will incur a $50 cable installation charge and may be rescheduled for a later PC installation date. |
