"This is the best service that has ever hit our industry! Silicon Travel has worked with our company to simplify new installs and offers a billing cycle that meets our industry needs. They are professional, courteous, and prompt in their dealing with our staff, our owners and their guests.

Our guests have expressed to us how much they enjoy having a computer and Internet access in their vacation home and it is fast becoming a most requested amenity. Each year we have more and more owners signing up for your program and they have let us know they are happy with their increased rentals and guest comments.

On more than one occasion you all have helped us when we had an "issue". Most times it was an emergency install because an owner did not sign up for the program but told us they were going to do so and we advertised it on our website. At the last minute, before the first guest arrival, the owners realized they had forgotten to do this. Each time, Silicon Travel made sure the guests had a computer during their stay. On the rare occasions when there was a service issue it was handled very promptly. I especially appreciate the phone calls that you all made to guests to walk them through a minor technical issue.
