Please review these important next steps for your homeowners if they have existing Spectrum accounts. 

Spectrum Bulk Homeowner Support:  833-697-7328.

  1. Owners with a Spectrum Business Account:  they will need to call to cancel the Business Account AFTER you have set up our bulk residential service.  They do not need to establish a new account unless they want to keep/add any extra services (phone, movie channels, additional service packages.)
  2. If they have a Cable box:  they will need to call to REMOVE the TV service and cable box.  They want to keep the Bulk Service Internet with Streaming.  Request a return box for the equipment and be sure to keep the receipt and tracking information.
  3. Owners who have other services/packages and want to replace it with only our service:  they should call to REMOVE all extra services and keep only the Bulk Service Internet with Streaming.  This will reduce the bill they receive to $0.
  4. If they have a current Spectrum streaming and/or Internet account, they do not need to do anything.  Their service will be moved to our Bulk Service account and they will receive $0 bills.
