Paying With A CREDIT CARD?

If you are paying with a credit card please login to your account and click on “View Balance” and follow the prompts to pay via PayPal.

You can also call our support line, 800.459.2256, and pay by phone.

When should I expect to see my bill?

When you sign up for Silicon Travel you get two billing frequency options, annually or quarterly. If you choose quarterly, a $5 administrative fee is added to your quarterly invoices. If you wish to change the frequency of your invoices, please reach out to support.

Where Can I Find My Invoice/Bill?

When you sign up for Silicon Travel you choose to receive your bill via email or through the US Postal Service. You can change that selection by logging into your account here and clicking on “Edit Owner Information”. There is a check box at the bottom of the form to make the change.

what are MY Payment Terms?

Payments are due upon invoice receipt.  All payments are due in advance of the start of the service period indicated on your invoice.  Any unpaid balance more than 30 days after the invoice date is considered a late payment and services may be paused/discontinued.

WHOOPS! Insufficient Funds?

Silicon Travel may charge NSF processing fee for all returned checks and bankcard charge-backs.
